Description
A loose-knit sweater in mid grey shot through with a glitter thread — the sparkle is spun into the yarn rather than applied on top, so it catches light along the surface instead of sitting on it. A wide neckline that slides toward one shoulder as you move.
Fabric & feel
39% polyamide, 25% acrylic, 17% polyester, 16% mohair, 3% wool, made in Italy by Tensione In. The mohair is a minority of the blend and behaves like a character note rather than the body of the fabric — it supplies the faint halo you can see at the edges, while the polyamide and acrylic carry the structure and keep the weight down. Openly knitted, so it breathes more than a dense sweater of the same thickness.
Fit & sizing
Relaxed and slightly cropped, with long sleeves and a wide boat neck. The neckline is cut to sit off one shoulder — that is the intended line rather than a fault. Because the knit is open, expect something underneath to read through. Italian sizing converts through the fit and sizing guide.
How to wear it
Photographed over a plaid skirt with a belt, which grounds the volume. A high-waisted bottom is the right instinct here since the sweater is short; a fitted camisole underneath in a matching grey keeps it wearable in daylight. Care
Delicate wash, cold. Turn it inside out first — an open knit with a metallic thread snags on itself in the drum. Dry flat, reshaping the neckline, and never hang it wet. No dryer, no direct iron; steam from a distance if it creases. Store folded so the shoulders keep their line.
