Black Woven Knot-Handle Hobo Bag

The black colourway of our woven knot-handle hobo — the workhorse of the family. Same hand-woven construction and the signature hand-tied knot at the centre of the handle, in the one colour that never asks a question. Black hides wear better than any other tone in the weave, which makes this the version we recommend for daily carry.

Fabric & feel

Hand-woven leather-look PU strips over a structured base, dyed through to a deep matte black with no grey cast. The woven surface gives texture that a smooth black bag lacks — it reads considered, not plain. Single knotted shoulder handle; no closure, the soft top folds in on itself when the bag is set down.

Fit & sizing

Approximately 40cm wide at the base x 25cm tall, narrowing toward the open top. The strap drop fits comfortably over the shoulder or under the arm. Swallows a wallet, phone, sunglasses case, makeup bag, and a slim water bottle.

How to wear it

Black woven goes with everything, but it is best against light and mid tones — white jeans, cream linen, denim, camel. Care

Wipe with a soft, barely-damp cloth; black forgives most marks. Stuff with tissue paper for storage to keep the hobo shape. Avoid hanging by the handle for long periods — the knot holds its shape best when the bag rests on a shelf.
